Long Lock Body Lockout Padlock – Durable and Reliable Security for Lockout/Tagout Applications
The HiLink long lock body lockout padlock is an upgraded version of the standard LOTO padlock. It has increased the size of the lock body. The length of the lock body is 75 millimeters and is made of improved nylon (PA) material. It features an integrated lock body design with extremely high strength and durability.
It has undergone rigorous high and low temperature tests and can operate normally within the temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. Equipped with chrome-plated steel shackle, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance, UV protection and strength, and can still function stably in outdoor environments.
The key can only be pulled out when the lock is in a locked state to prevent accidental loss of the key due to being in the unlocked state. HiLink offers a variety of color options for the lock body, as well as customized services for warning labels in different languages and with different contents. This is to meet the needs of different customers and different environments. In addition, the customized marking code service for the lock body and key is also available, which enhances visibility and security.
There are three standard lock shackle heights to choose from: 25 millimeters, 38 millimeters and 76 millimeters. Additionally, it has a complete key customization system, allowing for the customization of different key systems according to different needs to meet the management requirements of the group.
